It is necessary also to get plenty of sleep. This is usually true for growing teenagers that needs at least 8.5 to 11 hours of sleep every night because their body grows and regenerates tissue while they are at rest. Avoid unnecessary things that will make one hard to sleep because this can hamper one’s growth potential as well. Getting all the right vitamins and minerals for the body is required to help a person to grow to their full height. It would help to take supplements with every breakfast and other foods in the diet.
